Immobilizer LR Defender 2013
My wife got stranded with our Defender after the Immobilizer suddenly stopped working. After doing some Google research I came to BritsDoc. I shipped the immobilizer from Netherlands to Germany using Express, they fixed it and returned it again using Express. The car was fixed within 48 hours after finding BritsDoc on the internet, thanks to their help.
Ralf even helped diagnose a problem with my central locking system after the install which had nothing to do with the work they did.

Discovery II Wegfahrsperre
Nachdem sich die Alarmanlage meines Discovery II nichtmehr entsperren und das Auto nichtmehr aufschließen ließ hat mir Herr Grafe erst per Telefon und folgend mit der Freischaltung meiner BCU super schnell und kompetent weitergeholfen. Selbst meinen korrekten EKA-Code konnte er mir mitteilen wozu nichtmal Land Rover im Stande war.
