How can we help you?

In principle: around the clock. However, also we need some sleep. During CET Night Time it might be helpful to send a mail or message and beeing prepared for sligth delays of response.

That’s simple! We have both a shop system on our main page and a price list. All articles visible in the shop are in stock and available right away. In case you need special hardware or service which isn’t listed, just get in touch with us.

Typically it takes one working day for processing your immobilizer. Service and repair of an ECU or Diagnostic Computer migth take a bit longer. Depends on the level of service necessary.
Hardware ordered from the shop typically is shipped within one working day.

For performimng any service on your immobilizer, it is indespensable having at least your email address and your telephone number shipped together with your items. Due to the large number of parcels, it would become quite difficult for us otherwise.

In case you need to ship your immobilizer or any other hardware from outside the EU for repair, declare a value of 50€ for the shipment and mark the parcel clearly on the outside with “Defective items – For repair & return only”, otherwise EU Customs Fees & Import Tax will occur!

In case you are a company and exempted from VAT handling, please let uns know and send us your VAT ID in advance, and we will not add VAT to your invoice.

Yes! Of course! We are proud offering a lifetime warranty for our Immobilizer Bypass Module. Should it ever fail because of a defect, it will be replaced free of charge.
All other repairs come with a standards warranty of 6 months.

You don’t need to pay in advance! As soon all work has been performed and your items passed the final inspection, you will receive an automatic email with a ProForma Invoice for your inspection and approval.
Payment can then be made using PayPal or Bank transfer.
Details are included in the Pro Forma Invoice document.
